Program Overview
The Philadelphia Domestic Violence Hotline (1-866-723-3014) is a free 24-hour resource for anyone experiencing abuse. Available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, the hotline is operated by counselors trained in domestic violence response, and offers anonymous and confidential services including safety planning, crisis counseling, and referrals to appropriate services. Lutheran Settlement House operates this hotline in partnership with Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Women Against Abuse, and Women in Transition. The hotline is available in a variety of languages including English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese, and translation services are available as well. Last year, we answered over 5,236 hotline calls and served almost 5,100 clients.
