Service Overview
At Lutheran Settlement House, seniors build community with each other, participating in activities that promote healthy living and support their goals of leading self-determined lives. Our seniors learn skills like cooking, painting, line dancing, and meditation. They share meals together and play games, including Bingo. And our seniors have access to health coaching so they can stay active and independent. For those who are caring for an older loved one, our CARES program provides counseling and support groups to help caregivers manage their stress and anxiety.
