Have a lifelong dream? Share it with us! Oak Street Health will be at LSH assisting participants submit their wishes to Wish of a Lifetime from AARP, a non-profit that grants lifelong wishes to older adults and shares their stories to inspire those of all ages.
This event is free and open to anyone 55+, no registration required.
