Sheila D. Brown Transitional Housing Services
Sheila D. Brown Transitional Housing Services are a nine-unit transitional housing program for parents and their children experiencing homelessness who have experienced domestic violence. The housing unit is owned and operated by the Housing Development Corporation, and we provide support services and resources to all families residing there.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are seeking residency at Sheila D. Brown Transitional Housing Services, you must come from an Office of Homeless Services (OHS) shelter. Please contact OHS by phone at 215-686-7150, or visit them in person Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, at 1430 Cherry Street.
