Event Description
Join us for Mindful Minis! Every other Friday, our Health Coach and Community Wellness Manager lead short sessions to help members manage any stress in their lives. The sessions include guided meditation, breathwork, body-scans, plus discussion!
Mindful Minis are open to anyone 55+, no registration required.
