Every Friday afternoon, participants have the opportunity to practice belly dancing with an experienced instructor. Belly dancing is a dance form that originated centuries ago but continues to thrive today! It is a great low-impact exercise with benefits like weight loss, muscle toning, improved posture, and relaxation. Come try it out!
