Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director the CEED Director will plan, develop and administer the Community Education and Training programs in support of the policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Director.  Also, will insure the provision of quality services, fulfillment of contractual obligations and adherence to budget by performing the duties assigned.
Requirements

Position Title Counselor/Case Manager

Position Summary
Under the supervision of Exe. Dir, and Senior Center Director the Counselor/Case Manager is responsible for providing counseling, information and referral services to seniors at the Neumann North, Senior Residences.  Responsibilities also include data reporting, contract compliance, and assisting in the facilitation and development of therapeutic and recreational activities for seniors, and implementing a recruitment program that would support LSH Senior Center.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Sociology, Counseling or related and sufficient experience to perform the necessary counseling required by the LSH Senior Center, Demonstrated abilities in organization and interpersonal skills required.  Sensitivity to the needs of low-income older adults required, experience preferably with diverse senior population.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of the CEED the Adm. Coordinator, is responsible for implementing and managing the registration, data management and office systems.
Requirements
A HS/GED with 3 yrs relevant experience in setting up and working with a wide variety of office systems, including publications and correspondence (desktop publishing, word-processing, duplication) and information management (database, filing, information retrieval) Typing 50 SPM, excellent interpersonal skills required, as well as good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Position Title DV Counselor/Health Care Liaison

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Counseling Supervisor the Counselor/Health Care Liaison is primarily responsible for providing hotline, individual and group counseling and advocacy services for domestic violence victims and their families.  Additionally the counselor is responsible for providing supportive services to victims and their families and training for health care providers as part of a health care based domestic violence  prevention and intervention program.

Requirements
Associates Degree, BA Degree and 3 years providing DV counseling and state mandated 40 hour training.
