Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the BDVP Director is responsible for implementing the agency mission in regards to domestic violence programming and participating in the management team of the overall agency. The BDVP Director ensures the provision of quality services, supervision of staff, fulfillment of contractual obligations, maintenance of funding, and adherence to program budget
Requirements
A Masters Degree in Social Work or related field required. Minimum three years experience in program planning and domestic violence/clinical services delivery. Good organizational, verbal and written communications skills, as well as sensitivity to violence victims and survivors and to low-income individuals and communities required. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic community-based organization. Experience in Grant Writing and Management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred .

.Lutheran Settlement House Community Education Employment Department is seeking Educators to provide ABE/GED learning opportunities for participants both on-site and off-site locations.
Requirements
