Jane Addams Place staff play an active role in this City-led effort to work across all systems that serve homeless children.

Family Service Providers Network

Jane Addams Place is a contributing member of the FSPN, advocating with other homeless services providers for homeless families in the Philadelphia area. The Children’s Committee created Promising Practices for Serving Homeless Youth and provides trainings to schools and shelters citywide.

Public Health Management Corporation

Jane Addams Place participates in the PHMC Homeless Children’s Advocacy Committee, which connects shelter providers with behavioral health services, the Department of Human Services, and legal resources. The committee coordinated a Resource Fair in order to bring these connections to the Philadelphia public.

Vote for Homes

Vote for Homes provides advocacy workshops for homeless families focused on the issues of affordable housing, living-wage jobs, and quality services.
