Ana Lisa Yoder, MSS, LSW
Ana Lisa is the Director of Lutheran Settlement House’s Bilingual Domestic Violence Program. Ms. Yoder is a Licensed Social Worker with more than thirteen years of experience in counseling, advocacy, and professional training related to gender-based violence. She has also served on numerous boards and coalitions committed to ending intimate partner violence and creating peaceful communities.
Susanna Gilbertson, MSW
Susanna is the Training and Education Supervisor at Lutheran Settlement House’s Bilingual Domestic Violence Program. Ms. Gilbertson has created and facilitated educational workshops on various topics for high school and college-aged groups, as well as professionals and community groups. Ms. Gilbertson’s experience includes work in an emergency domestic violence shelter, supervision of a peer help line for teenagers, and coordination of a suicide prevention training program in schools.

Nearly one-third of American women report being physically or sexually abused by a husband or boyfriend at some point in their lives. (Commonwealth Fund Survey, 1998)

The Bureau of National Affairs estimates that domestic violence costs businesses between $3 and 5 billion dollars annually.
